✓ Traditional liquid soap made from Coconut oil to clean effectively
✓ Purified water to keep product shelf stable
✓ Blue Gum Eucalyptus essential oil from New South Wales, Australia for its antibacterial properties
✓ Clove essential oil from Kerala, India for its antifungal and anti-mould properties properties
✓ Menthol crystals from India to help keep insects away
✓ Camphor oil from India to help keep insects away
✓ Tea Tree oil from New South Wales, Australia for its antibacterial properties
✓ Decyl Glucoside to blend and hold all the ingredients together, made from Coconut oil and sugar.
HOW TO USE
SHAKE: As our products are made from natural ingredients, they will sometimes settle. For best results, please shake well before use.
SPRAY: Spray the product directly onto stainless steel surfaces and appliances and wipe thoroughly with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth.
WIPE: For the best cleaning results, we recommend using a microfibre cloth. That way, you get cleaner surfaces with the same effort because the microfibre is picking up more particles than a normal cloth.
CAUTION: We do recommend spot testing on surfaces other than specified before use. This product contains pure essential oils. So, please keep out of reach of children. Do not allow the product to pool in one spot. Do not drink.<

Combined Orders
If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest rate from each partner including free shipping when available. With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the respective brands.
PLEASE NOTE: Retail Partner products do not count towards the free shipping threshold for IANS stocked items.

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your shipping rates in your cart or at checkout
Regular Parcel Post takes 1-5 working days. Express Post takes 1-2 business days.
FREE SHIPPING is available on all purchases over $150. Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.
DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays
LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.
TRANSIT PROTECTION: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days), International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

Returns
xWe accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

love the stainless steel cleaner! I used it before an open inspection and was amazed at the speed and ease of the task, and the excellent result. also delighted with the linen spray. Have stripped all the beds and sprayed freely. The house smells wonderful and we are all sleeping peacefully. Also LOVE the room spray. Will definitely re-order when I need nw supplies.
