We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may chose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.

    Favourite Shampoo

    I've been on a journey to find clean products for my household. and while the Rahua Classic Shampoo works well and gets the hair squeaky clean, I'm paying twice the price of my regular shampoo for half the product. Then I need to use twice the amount of shampoo to clean my hair. So effectively Rahua Classic Shampoo cost 16x more per ounce than my regular shampoo. I'd like to use this all the time, but with budget restraints I can't justify the price point. I also noticed after using it for a few weeks my scalp became itchy. I've been a hairdresser and have studied trichology for over 30 years so this was a bit of a disappointment for me.

    Hi Casey, thanks so much for your feedback, and we're sorry the Classic Shampoo wasn't the right fit for you. Please note, truly natural shampoos do not "foam" up as much as synthetic shampoos, because the main sudsing ingredient in traditional shampoos SLS is one of the nastiest ingredients to avoid and the reason natural shampoos exist. Without the nasty sudsing ingredient, natural shampoos do work equally as well with less suds, so you really shouldn't use any more than other shampoos.

    It's okay...

    Since using this shampoo and matching conditioner I have had lots more regrowth, my hair feels so soft and just looks so healthy. The service from IANS is fantastic too, and they always send my purchase out so swiftly.

    LOVE this shampoo. doesn't dry my hair out and makes it feel stronger and healthier. wish it wasn't so pricey and that it came in larger bottles, i went through mine really quickly!
