✓ Traditional liquid soap made from Coconut, Olive and Neem oils to clean and disinfect naturally
✓ Lavender & Rose Geranium essential oils for their antimicrobial and odour removing properties
✓ Lemongrass, Palmarosa & Himalayan Cedarwood essential oils for their antimicrobial and odour removing properties
✓ Coco Glucoside to thicken our liquid soap and for a luxuriously hand feel - made from Coconut oil and sugar.
HOW TO USE
PUMP: Dispense 1 or 2 pumps into dry or damp hands.
LATHER: Rub your hands together into a luxurious lather.
RINSE: Rinse thoroughly for a clean, soft skin feel.

Combined Orders
If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest rate from each partner including free shipping when available. With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the respective brands.
PLEASE NOTE: Retail Partner products do not count towards the free shipping threshold for IANS stocked items.

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your shipping rates in your cart or at checkout
Regular Parcel Post takes 1-5 working days. Express Post takes 1-2 business days.
FREE SHIPPING is available on all purchases over $150. Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.
DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays
LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.
TRANSIT PROTECTION: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days), International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

Returns
xWe accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening to ensure you have the right product.
