It lasts the same time as a normal toothbrush but takes 1/1000th of the time to breakdown, thus giving our environment a much-needed relief from plastic overload. THE BAMBOO HANDLE
PearlBar's carefully designed handle is created from Bamboo, an environmentally sustainable timber. It is the fastest growing plant on earth, and incredibly abundant. Their bamboo is cultivated for three years, and then harvested. It regenerates itself naturally, with minimal rain and without the need for harmful pesticides. In fact, by harvesting and using the bamboo, we help to control unwanted spread into agricultural and natural forest areas, thus giving purpose to an overpopulated natural resource.
THE CHARCOAL BRISTLES
From as far back as 30,000 B.C. charcoal has been used as one of nature’s best absorbing and cleaning agents. PearlBar has now harnessed all of charcoal's natural goodness and put it into their biodegradable bristles, offering your pearls the best clean they’ve ever had. Charcoal is a natural antibacterial, anti-fungal and antiviral agent. Activated charcoal uses extremely high-burning temperature and a fast-cooling process. Because of this, the activated charcoal gives the bristles extremely powerful absorption qualities, helping absorb stain-causing toxins in the mouth while reducing the growth of cavity forming bacteria that may cause bad breath. Best of all, it naturally whitens teeth while absorbing harsh chemicals found in tap water and toothpaste.

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your shipping rates in your cart or at checkout
EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.
FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.
DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays
LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.
TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.
PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING
Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates, free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed in your cart or at checkout.
Combined Orders
If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest rate from each partner including free shipping when available. With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the respective brands.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days), International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

Returns
xWe accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening to ensure you have the right product.
