We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates, free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

We accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

    Amazing

    This is a very lightweight moisturizer and works really well on my combination skin. I tend to use it in the morning and a heavier moisturizer at night to provide more hydration. It's a perfect base for makeup.

    Lightweight

    As a sufferer of embarrassing adult acne, I had felt like I had tried everything. This blemish balm has great control over oily and acne-prone skin. It has a thin consistency that doesn't feel heavy or oily on my face..

    I use this with the OSEA cleansing mudd and sea minerals mist. It also supports my foundation easily and my foundation stays on my face all day with the blemish balm base. If you have acne-prone skin, I really recommend that you try this.

    My new favorite moisturizer!

    Blemish balm is amazing! It's light weight but moisturizing. Blemish balm helped to get rid of my acne when nothing else would! I also used the red algae mask with the blemish balm to help get rid of my break outs. It's been wonderful!! Highly recommend!!!

    Love Blemish Balm!!

    I haven't had the Belmish Balm long but it is definitely a favorite. It smells amazing. I noticed a reduction in the amount and severity of blemishes on my face within days. Highly recommend.
