HOW TO TAKE
Best enjoyed in moderately hot water. Place in hot water, stir until fully diluted. Smell, savour, and drink. Do not boil or use overly hot water, as White Rabbit shilajit contains natural oils.
The average dose for an adult is 0.5 grams per day. If necessary, the dosage may be increased to 1 gram per day or more.
Take White Rabbit Slim in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal absorption and benefits. Take it once or twice per day.
Dosage is weight-dependent:
Adults < 55kg - up to 0.25 g per day.
Adults > 55kg - up to 0.5 g per day.
SERVINGS PER JAR
One 15g jar offers the following servings:
.10 g - 150 servings.
.25 g - 60 *most common dose and number of servings from one 15g jar.
.5g. - 30 *most common high-performance dose.

I would definitely recommend, I had been wanting to try shilajit and have been enjoying this in the morning with some warm water. It tastes good too. I've definitely noticed increased energy and my stomach has been feeling better -- less bloated, good digestion.

This product has changed my life! I take it every morning to start my day and I have lost 9 pounds since I started taking it almost one month ago. I found Purblack Slim being promoted by an Instagram influencer. It was my first time learning about shilajit so the video and product intrigued me. I got mine with a discount and it was delivered fairly fast, 4-5 days I think. When I got it, i viewed the video again, to see how they were taking it. All I can say is that I LOVE the smell of the slim. I felt the energy that's just refreshing. it's like drinking coffee but there's that wonderful feeling of calmness as well. Really something. I highly recommend this for those on the fence trying shilajit. I'm looking forward to try the serene as well.
