We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

Regular Parcel Post takes 1-5 working days. Express Post takes 1-2 business days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on all purchases over $150. Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT PROTECTION: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days), International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

    The perfect cream after an accident left me with a large scar on my forearm. The SOS balm was calming, and used like a massage cream into and around the scarring each night.

    I love this product. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks but my skin feels so much better. Any red areas are slowly diminishing and my skin tone looks really lovely. I have sensitive skin and this balm really reduces any sensitivity. Love it.
