A shared passion for Morocco and its traditions, combined with care for the environment and love of good design, brought founders Katharine L’Heureux and Omar Benjelloun together in this very special collaboration. The result is a beautifully scented candle that evokes the rich and romantic history, landscape and culture of this magical North African country, handcrafted in a clean and contemporary design.
Custom designed by ULILI Moroccan Scents for KAHINA, these candles are cast in partially glazed ceramic jars stamped with the Morocco – New York emblem that graces all of KAHINA products and represents the uniting of two cultures. They are carefully crafted from vegetable wax and beeswax harvested at the base of Morocco’s Rif Mountains and scented with cedar, clove, ylang ylang, and orange blossom essential oils.
The perfect gift, the ULILI for KAHINA candle comes in a beautiful two piece gift box for an elegant presentation. The ceramic vessel makes a perfect cup for drinking your favorite tea once the candle has burned away.
A LITTLE ABOUT ULILI
ULILI Founder, Omar Benjelloun uses scented memories of his childhood in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco as his inspiration. Omar studied perfumery at the Grasse Institute of Perfumery.
“The inspiration source for the KAHINA candle is the Atlas cedar,” says Omar. “This precious oil is an iconic material from Morocco and reminds me both the roof of the 1200 years old Karaouine Mosque in Fes and the majestic forests of Middle Atlas Mountains. In order to explore the sensuality of this warm and woody note, we matched it with a velvety ylang ylang and a glowy neroli. Clove and patchouli give a last earthy spicy touch to KAHINA Scented candle.”
USAGE
For best performance, burn candle for a maximum of 2 hours. Keep wick trimmed regularly to 5 mm. A burning candle should never be left unattended. A candle must never be placed on a material sensitive to heat.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.
DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays
LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.
TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates, free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed in your cart or at checkout.
Combined Orders
If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest rate from each partner including free shipping when available. With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the respective brands.

Returns
xWe accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.
