We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may chose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.

Combined Orders

We accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

    Wonderful … love this.

    I’ve been using this for years and it’s very nourishing for my thick dry hair. Refill pack is a great idea, unfortunately I spilt most of it with the new resealable packaging. I prefer the old style which was more practical for refilling bottle.

    Hi Lorraine, Thanks so much for sharing your experience. And we're so sorry to hear you had some difficulty with the new pqcks. Rahua upgraded their shampoo refill packs in response to some transportation issues they had experienced over a few years. The original shampoos refill packaging material, while stiffer, wasn't quite robust enough to handle the rigours of international transport. But those packs work perfectly for the conditioners. These new fully recyclable and eco-conscious shampoo refill packs are arriving here in perfect condition, which is great because we are big fans of the refill system. So we hope you can manage to get your bottle refilled next time without losing any!
