KEY INGREDIENTS

Aloe Vera (Organic) is a cactus plant which has thick, fleshy leaves and contains a clear gel. It has been used for a host of purposes since the ancient Egyptians called it the “plant of immortality.” Provides emollient, hydrating, softening, healing, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Cocoa Butter is an oil obtained from the seeds of Theobroma Cacao (Sterculiaceae). It is one of nature’s richest moisturisers and has been used for centuries in skin care products. Cocoa Butter contains fatty acids, which improve the skin's moisture retention and elasticity, and is effective in easing skin problems such as eczema or psoriasis. It contains cocoa mass polyphenol which is thought to have health benefits including prevention of the formation of cancerous cells.

Jojoba Oil (Organic) is a powerful liquid wax produced in the seed of the Simmondsia Chinensis plant which are indigenous to Southern United States and Northern Mexico. Jojoba Oil has been used as a moisturiser by Native Americans for centuries, thanks to its natural moisturising and antimicrobial properties. Similar to human sebum, Jojoba Oil contains natural minerals including Vitamin E, which is key for promoting a healthy and clear complexion. Jojoba Oil is so versatile that it has also been proven to reduce the effects of free radicals.

Oat Meal Extract is made from rolled oat kernels (Avena Sativa) and was used by the Greeks and Romans for its ability to treat skin conditions and to beautify the skin. The bioactive compounds, including flavonoids, beta glucan, silica and phenols, are renowned for their anti-inflammatory and moisturising properties.  It is rich in nutrients, including Vitamins A, B and E, amino acids, protein and enzymes, and helps to soothe and protect sensitive or irritated skin.

HOW TO APPLY

1. In the morning and evening, apply a small amount of the cleanser to your hands and rub together.

2. Gently massage onto lightly dampened skin, allowing the gentle ingredients to cleanse away makeup, dirt and excess oils, leaving your skin perfectly cleansed and nourished.

3. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

4. If you have been wearing makeup repeat steps 1-3.

5. Pat the skin dry, then follow with Hydro-Boost Mist and your moisturiser or facial oil of choice.

As with all skincare, if irritation occurs, please discontinue use.

Skincare Tip – Never go to bed with dirty skin! Even if you don't wear make-up, dirt builds up on your skin during the day, and should always be removed before going to bed.
