We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your shipping rates in your cart or at checkout
EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.
FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.
DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays
LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.
TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.
PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING
Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates, free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed in your cart or at checkout.
Combined Orders

Returns
xWe accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

This stuff is amazing to say the least. My son is autistic with severe repetition and no flexibility what so ever with routine. He has major meltdowns if any changes are made. My son is 3 weeks into this product and already I can see a vast difference in dealing with his daily routine. If an unforeseen change in his day has to be made he seems more accepting and calm. Sleep is not broken, he can now go a whole night without any disturbance. Be interesting to see how far my son’s progression evolves with the use of this over a far longer period of time. Excited for his future. This product is nothing short of a miracle. I can’t thank you enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
