  • Bakuchiol (pronounced ba-koo-chi-ol) is nature’s alternative to Retinol.

    1% active Bakuchiol has been shown to boost collagen production, reduce hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, and relieve the symptoms of acne.

    Bakuchiol is an extract from the babchi plant, commonly used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicines for its healing, soothing, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

    According to The British Journal of Dermatology, Bakuchiol is as effective as retinol at targeting fine lines, wrinkles and uneven skin tone but more gentle on the skin.

    Unlike Retinol, Bakuchiol does not decrease the size of oil glands and cause dryness or irritation and can be applied morning or night - making it a saviour for sensitive skin types!

    We have combined Bakuchiol with antioxidant-rich botanicals to provide you with the ultimate skin revival. You can read more about the anti-ageing benefits of Bakuchiol here.

Apply 2-3 drops to clean, lightly moist skin of face and neck. Use once daily in AM or PM before, or in place of, moisturiser. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.

Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) seed wax, Borago officinalis (Borage) seed extract, Adansonia digitatis (Baobab) seed oil, Opuntia ficus-indica (Prickly Pear) seed oil, Bakuchiol, Helianthus annus (Sunflower) seed oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) seed extract.

Ingredients 100% certified organic. Vegan. Palm oil free.

Glass bottle - recycle with your council. Currently we are unable to accept these to return and refill but hope to do so in the future.

Dropper - the glass dropper can be recycled with your glass recycling. The plastic part can be collected and saved with other Mokosh jars and closures and sent back to us free of charge as part of our Container Return scheme. We will pay to have them recycled with Terracycle.

Paper label - remove by soaking in water, and add to your compostable waste.

Cardboard box - recyclable cardboard.

We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

Regular Parcel Post takes 1-5 working days. Express Post takes 1-2 business days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on all purchases over $150. Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT PROTECTION: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We use Australia Post to deliver international orders. You can choose from Express Courier (1-2 days), Express International (2-4 days), International Pack & Track (3-10 days).

We accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.
