We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your shipping rates in your cart or at checkout

EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.

FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.

DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays

LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.

TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.

PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING

Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates, free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed in your cart or at checkout.

Combined Orders

If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest rate from each partner including free shipping when available. With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the respective brands.

We accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.

    Feels Amazing!!

    After busting my face on the bottom of a pool resulting in a nose job and stitches Advanced Protection Cream came to my rescue. It was a very deep scar where my stitches were taken out and I thought it would be a long healing process. I use this up to a few times throughout the day and I have never seen such fast results. This was only three months ago. I just went back to my surgeon last week for a follow up and she was blown away with the visibility of my scar. Not only did it help with the discoloration but also smoothing out the indentation. She is recommending all of her patients use this product now. Thank you, Thank you, Thank You OSEA!
