Our Rewards Program

I Am Natural Store's loyalty Rewards Program is available to all customers, and by simply purchasing items you'll automatically be earning points towards future purchases.

Do I need to create an account?
Not if you are making a purchase. When you place an order, an account is created for you automatically and the reward points are awarded to the email address attached to the purchase, so you do not need to be signed in the receive your Rewards Points. Just make sure your email address is correct! If you do want to log in to your account you will need to create a password either at checkout or at log in. 

Are there other ways to earn points?
Yes! I Am Natural Store will from time to time feature products that will receive BONUS POINTS on purchase. Be sure to subscribe to our mailing list to receive the latest offers.

How does the points system work?
For every $1 you spend, you earn 10 reward points. The amount of points awarded for each item is displayed on the product's listing page.

How do I check my points balance?
To view your points balance log into your account under My Account and in the My Rewards section click the View Details link. An account is created for you automatically whenever you place an order. If you have never logged in before, you will need to create a password at the login page.

How can I redeem my points?
To redeem your points, log into your account under My Account and in the My Rewards section click the "Redeem" link. There are 4 Gift Certificates values to choose from that are fully transferrable and never expire. For every 1,000 points earned you are entitled to a $5 Gift Certificate that may be used at any time with your future purchases. For 2,000 points you may redeem a $10 Gift Certificate. For every 6,000 points you are entitled to a $30 Gift Certificate and for 10,000 points earned you are entitled to a $50 Gift Certificate. Click on the Redeem link underneath the Certificate of your choice and you will be automatically sent an email with a unique Coupon Code. Simply enter that coupon code in the Apply Coupon section of the Checkout to activate your Rewards discount.
