History

The Goddess Line, originally created as Lakshmi NYC by Jo Hook, has manufactured it's unique natural fragrances since the year 2000. 

Lakshmi, Parvati, Isis, Saraswati, Athena, and the newest scents Ratri and Durga, are made with natural and organic oils blended with organic essential oils, so they are gentle on the nose and skin. They provide an alternative to the common alcohol and water based perfume.

The company's focus is sustainability, and 10 percent of all profits go to charity. 



In 2006, Jacki Belanoff Smith was announced as CEO of The Goddess Line and bought the company from Jo in 2009. She has continued in Jo's footsteps, striving to develop outstanding quality products that smell unique and delicious, that are calming to the soul, and are environmentally friendly and cruelty free.
