We use Australia Post to deliver our orders. Shipping rates are calculated on your order weight and destination. You can check your shipping rates in your cart or at checkout
EXPRESS Post takes 1-2 business days. REGULAR Post takes 1-5 working days.
FREE SHIPPING is available on purchases over $150 (IANS stocked items). Orders over $400 will be shipped for free by Express Post.
DESPATCH TIMES: Orders received before 12:00 PM will ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays
LOCAL PICK UP: Brisbane customers may choose to collect IANS stocked items from our despatch address.
TRANSIT COVER: We highly recommend paying the small additional fee for transit insurance to ensure peace of mind. Shipping + Insurance options are available during checkout.
PARTNER BRAND SHIPPING
Some products are shipped direct to you by the brand. Shipping rates, free shipping and delivery times are set by each partner and displayed in your cart or at checkout.
Combined Orders
If you have items in your cart from both IANS stocked brands + our partner brands, or multiple partner brands, the shipping calculator will return a combined shipping rate "Shipping" which gives you the lowest rate from each partner including free shipping when available. With a combined order your items will ship separately by IANS and/or the respective brands.

Returns
xWe accept returns within 14 days from the shipping date. Shipping is non-refundable (including free shipping paid by us). Bank fees will also be deducted from your refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on any used or opened items. Please check your products BEFORE opening to ensure you have the right product.

I have only recently switched over to this product and must say that I absolutely love it. My skin looks lovely with just the right amount of coverage.
After a day out, when I made a comment to my husband about needing to wash my makeup off, he had not realised that I was wearing make up it was so natural. Great product!

Difficult to do a shade match online - closest store is too far away. I love the luxe reusable packaging. Initially had issues with catching/clumping (I am 49 yo with dry patches over nose) and some streakiness/caking. Had read the makers advice use an oil underneath to help with this issue. But the best advice is from one of the reviews found on this site: mix a small nub of the foundation on the back of your hand with 1-2 drips of oil (I use antipodes divine face oil). Smearing over areas of face with fingers and finish off with a brush is what gives the most perfect, skin-like finish. It does not feel heavy like other foundations do. I took a star off for the steep price and unavailability in brick and mortar store.

As a disclaimer, I use this product as a concealer under my eyes and for redness on my cheeks, not as a foundation.
In agreeance with everyone else, the packaging is so beautiful and the refillable option is excellent for the planet and kinder on the wallet.
A little goes a long way and it melts into your skin beautifully. I apply with my finger to help the product smooth into the skin.

I read wonders about Kjaer Weis's foundation so was really eager to try it. I have combination/sensitive skin for reference. I find that this foundation gives good coverage, but because it is a cream, it's feels somewhat heavy and not super breathable. Very important to moisturize beforehand otherwise it may feel dry- I didn't get that super dewy finish that others did.

The packing of this product is some of the prettiest I've seen, the colour I have matches me perfectly, it's lightweight, and leaves a dewy radiant glow. But, there is NO staying power. The coverage is great, but only when first applied. I have to be overly conscious about touching my face, because if I do, my foundation is GONE!
I would buy again, but not for $57 a refill. The performance just isn't there for me.
